Voting Begins: October 1, 2026

Voting Ends: October 31, 2026

MEGA Members,

This is a friendly reminder that voting for the Marine Embassy Guard Association (MEGA) Board of Directors Election officially begins October 1, 2026, and will conclude on October 31, 2026.

There appears to have been some confusion regarding the number of votes that may be cast based on the ballots previously emailed to members. To clarify:

PLEASE CAST ONE VOTE IN EACH CATEGORY

One (1) vote for a New Board Member

One (1) vote for a Current Board Member seeking re-election

Ballots have previously been emailed to all MEGA members. The election ballot is also available on the MEGA website for members who need to review the candidates or obtain another copy.

HOW TO VOTE

Members may vote simply by replying to the original election email and stating the name of the candidate they have selected in each category.

Please remember to submit your ballot before the October 31, 2026 deadline.

Your participation in the election is important to the continued leadership and future of the Marine Embassy Guard Association. We encourage all eligible MEGA members to take the time to review the candidates and cast their votes.
